Request for Tenders close on Tuesdays and are public openings held at 2:15 pm (Room to be advised in the RFT document). Tender results are posted on this website by 4:00 on the day of the tender closing.
Request for Proposals / Quotations
Request for Proposals / Quotations close on Thursdays and are opened in the Office of The Manager of Purchasing, which are not public openings.
Bid Documents
Please be advised that not all Bid documents are available for purchase on-line. Those available for purchase on-line are indicated by a "Buy" button. Bid documents that are available on-line are charged at $10.80 (plus HST) when purchased on-line regardless of the displayed price (with the exception of documents with a price of $0.00). Full details concerning all Bid may be accessed by clicking the link to the desired Bid.
When purchasing a bid document at the Purchasing Department (Level 3) at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville, ON, please ensure that you have a business card with you. This will allow staff to enter accurate bidder information on our database and continue to provide you with efficient customer service. When purchasing a bid document on–line, please have your credit card information available.
